The UT Board Of Trustees approved the increase Friday.
Annual tuition and fees will cost $6250 for the typical UT-Knoxville undergrad next fall. That’s an increase of $318.
Graduate students will pay $7,014, up $354.

Maybe some of the high-pay coaches will donate “grants for scholarships” thereby getting tax-deductions for the enormous salary they are receiving!
That could be a win-win situation.

maybe now we will have money to hire a football coach at UT.
