Volunteers from the Tri-Cities have left to help out flood victims in Indiana and Iowa.

Members of the Northeast Tennessee Red Cross should be there at least two weeks.
They are helping people find shelter, food and helping them get back on their feet. 

Kingsport also stands as one of 30 call centers across the country that can take overflow calls from disaster areas in the Midwest.
