Amber Hughes says she can’t believe the man she shared a home with could hurt any child. After all, Hughes and her boyfriend Jason Ford have five children between them both. But Friday local and federal agents came to their Washington County, Tennessee home looking for Ford.
Twenty-eight year old Jason Ford is accused of creating graphic child pornography. A federal court unsealed the indictment against Ford Monday.
According to charging documents, Ford met a Denver, Colorado girl online years ago. That girl is now 17-year-old. The warrant alleges Ford sent the girl a web camera, disposable cell phones and a computer.
Investigators say Ford would tell the teenager to perform sex acts for him right in front of the camera. This includes bestiality.
Hughes says she became suspicious of the relationship back in 2007. She said she could see her boyfriend viewing pornographic materials on the couples’ living room computer. Hughes says when she would ask Ford about the pictures he told her the girl in the pictures was not a minor.
“He told me that she was 18 and that they were broken up and that she was pretty much stalking him,” says Hughes.
Hughes says Ford has two little girls ages four and nine. She has three boys who she says adore her boyfriend.
“I never knew him to hurt my children. I never felt like they were unsafe around him,” said the 29-year-old single mother.
Hughes lived at least seven months with Ford in his Northeast Tennessee trailer. She says the couple shared a home “like a husband and wife.” Ford now stays in a Washington County Detention Center cell. Hughes is considering moving on.
“I’m better off just by myself I’ve put myself in a bad predicament here,” said Hughes.

Please, people, put it to rest!! All this bickering back and forth is doing nothing at all!!! Let the courts decide it and not the internet! If Jason has done something wrong, then he will be found guilty, if he’s done nothing wrong, then he walks out a free man. It’s that simple, so please stop all this.....if for no other reason, think of his mother and his family. Do any of you have any idea how this crap is affecting them??? No, you all just have to get your two cents worth in. So, please stop and think of his family!!! Remember, mom (of Jason), all we can do is to raise them the best we know how, then its up to them to make their own decisions! I know you did your best to raise your children (I was there), so just remember this.....LET GO AND LET GOD!!!!!!!

Maybe someone needs to ask Amber how many times she used to come to work black & blue from the waist down where she said Jason beat her while having sexual relations with him! If any of the things she told coworkers were true then he is a very sick man.She told us many times if she tried to leave him that he would find her and make her sorry. She did not trust her kids with this man no matter what she said in front of the camera. Funny we all knew about the girl in Colorado about 6months ago, including the pornography investigation.Stay away from him Amber!!!!

this comment is to landon D. now, is it not true your just mad because when Jason got off drugs you had to find someone else to get them from? now about the camera in the bathroom, don’t you think it’s a little ridiculous, in case you don’t know it, girls have to sit down so what could he see? and about my grammer, at least i know girls have to sit down and it’s pretty hard to see anything with a camera in the ceiling over the toilet. and you need watch what you say, you may be in court proving it.

i have known jason ford for 7 years he is my second cousin.im not proud to say that either because jason is a peice of crap.Two years ago he was doing this stuff and me and my other cousin told him to stop.I remember when me,my cousin,and his girlfreind were at his house when she said she needed to use the bathroom.Jason said to hang on he needed to check something.He come out she went in and discoverd a camera hidden above the toliet.He is a sick person.I think he is more than capable of doing this.THROW THE BOOK AT HIM..

how dare any of you say that Jason is such a bad person. i will have you all know that i lived with Jason for about um oh three years and i was six and seven years old. and a child that young would remember if anything bad happened to her. he was a great uncle to have. i will also have you know that he and my other uncle made me who i am today. if it wasn’t for them i would be someone who took crap from everyone. they taught me not to ever let anyone walk all over you. i can’t believe you think that he would actually do something like this. as for the girl, she is legal where she lives. so he was committing no crime. gah you all think that you know him when you really know nothing about him. and “Dani” you shouldn’t run your mouth. have you ever heard that phrase you reap what you sew. you don’t talk about someone like that cause it comes back and bites you. people. you all are so weak minded in knowing how well you truly know someone. by the way, it’s not for anyone to judge. not even the jury or the judge that will sentence him if he is sentenced. it is of a higher power and he will have to stand before God one day not just him but all of us. we have no right to judge. and maybe you should read where it says that you shouldn’t judge someone. it’s in the bible. read it!!!

So Dani you think you know Jason better than his family does? That’s just way to funny. Yeah your right the last guy that messed with him ruptured his spleen because the guy was a coward and had to sneak up behind Jason instead of doing what he had to do face to face. Little child exuse me have you seen a 17 year old lately they are far from little girls. If this little girl as you call her hadn’t wanted to do this she could have said NO. What was Jason going to do to her and her in Colorado and him in Tennessee if all this took place she wanted it as bad as he did. If you wanna know what I think.. I think there’s alot of people in running they’re mouth when it should be kept shut. And for you Dad.........If you had been any kind of dad in the first place your kids would not have been in a situation they weren’t suppost to be in come on now where exactly were you when all this was taking place? You said at least now they weren’t in a home with alcohol and all that stuff...I was under the impression you had them. And for whoever wanted to know what Teresa knows....she doesn’t know any more than the rest of you except the fact she was probably one of the first people to hold him when he was born. I was there the day Jason was born, I was there all of Jason’s life and if anyone of you think he is capable of hurting a child then your the one that don’t know him. He has been around kids all his life and never one time has he ever offered to abuse one of them sexually or physically. So for the one’s that think they know him by spending a little bit of time with him think again because you don’t know a blame thing about him. Yes Jason has been in trouble in the past but to those of you that LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES DON’T THROW STONES. I was not attacking anyone else’s family but to know some of these people and how they live and what they have done in the past and then turn around and point a finger at someone else makes me sick....I have never since I’ve known these people seen them walk on water....To those of you that are running your mouth your probably just pissed off because Jason stopped doing drugs and now you can’t get you part of them.

Yeah! PJ, you said it all! And Yes, I do plan on marrying Jason! Btw, people please stop calling me a victim! The only thing that’s traumatic about this for me is the fact that my baby is sleeping in a jail cell every night!
