This afternoon, Washington County Tennessee deputies responded to a home on Highway 107.
They found a man shot in the head.
Rescue teams tried to treat the man, but he died at the scene.
Deputies told Your Tri-Cities News Source the suspect or suspects could be driving a white pickup truck headed toward Greene County.
Deputies arrested people at the crime scene on drug charges. They are *not suspects in the murder.
