Good City Police work keeps speed and wrecks down.
Thier presents is helpful.
I drove I 181 , I 26 for 14 yrs from Gray to Kingsport 5 days a week and the total of police I saw was one maybe 2 a month if any. Its almost a JOKE to even have a SPEED LIMIT. 20 mph over is the norm.
