Get to know your candidates in your “Free Time.”
Your Tri-Cities News Source is re-introducing you to the candidates vying for your vote.
As part of our ongoing effort to keep the public informed, News Channel 11 provides candidates in key races free air-time to present their views.
-The Rules-
*Candidates are limited to no more than three minutes.
*Their statements cannot contain knowingly false statements, or statements that criticize their opponents.
*These statements will air in the 5:00 newscast each night through Wednesday.
*Candidates will appear in alphabetical order.
07/07 Monday:
Free time with Republican Congressman David Davis.
Rep. Davis is running for re-election in Tennessee’s first district.
07/08 Tuesday:
Free time with Johnson City Mayor Dr. Phil Roe.
Dr. Roe is running for Tennessee’s first district congressional seat.
07/18 Friday:
Free time with Michael Sabri.
Sabri is running for Tennessee’s first district congressional seat.
07/21 Monday:
Free time with Michael A. Donihe.
Donihe is running for Tennessee’s first district congressional seat.
07/22 Tuesday:
Free time with Robert A. “Rob” Russell.
Russell is running for Tennessee’s first district congressional seat.
