BRISTOL, Va. — Without saying a word, city officials this week confirmed that a Lowe’s Home Improvement is expected to locate in The Falls development.

The retailer is plainly listed on an artist’s drawing labeled ‘The Falls master site plan,’ which the city distributed to the public Tuesday during a Virginia Department of Transportation public hearing. A 103,000-square-foot Lowe’s is shown next to anchor tenant Cabela’s – overlooking Interstate 81 – in the large commercial center now taking shape near I-81’s Exit 5.
